Be part of a workplace that celebrates compassion, respect, and collaboration. What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Explain services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options. Educate patients about deposits, balances, and payment plans. Collect and reconcile deposits and co-pays. Verify insurance and patient information, and update required paperwork. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently. Refer uninsured patients to Outreach & Enrollment for assistance. Connect patients to additional support services when needed. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-office operations. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service or front-office experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A compassionate, patient-focused approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
