•$70,000 A People-Focused Opportunity Diamond and Denim Recruiting is conducting a search for a Cantonese-speaking professional to join a healthcare-focused organization serving New York City communities. We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, and comfortable working directly with people. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and helping individuals navigate important healthcare-related processes. Field-Based A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position due to the amount of travel involved. What You Will Do This is a community-facing position where communication and follow-through are key. You will spend your days meeting with clients, answering questions, helping them understand the next steps in their healthcare process, and making sure important information gets where it needs to go.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting clients at their homes or other designated locations Communicating with clients in Cantonese and English Helping clients understand healthcare and Medicaid-related requirements Assisting clients with organizing necessary information and paperwork Reviewing materials to identify missing or incomplete information Coordinating the collection of required documents and signatures Digitizing and submitting paperwork after appointments Keeping client information and appointment records organized Communicating updates and outstanding items to the internal team Following up with clients when additional information is needed Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Managing a daily schedule that includes multiple appointments and travel You will represent the organization directly in the community, so professionalism, patience, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable are extremely important. What You Will Bring The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently while remaining organized and connected with their team. Fluency in Cantonese and English Current residence in Manhattan, Queens or the Bronx A valid driver's license A reliable personal vehicle The ability to travel throughout the workday Comfort meeting clients in their homes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organization and time management Basic computer and email skills Experience using Microsoft Outlook or similar tools The ability to scan, upload, and manage digital documents A professional and respectful approach when working with clients Availability Monday
