Patient Transportation Schedule:
Day Shift | Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, rotating weekends Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. How you'll make an impact in this role: Safely transport patients—including those requiring oxygen tanks, IV pumps, and other equipment—throughout the facility using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds. Assist patients with safe transfers, including entering/exiting vehicles and moving between mobility devices. Efficiently deliver equipment and specimens to requesting staff and departments. Provide compassionate assistance to clinical staff with the removal and transport of deceased bodies to the morgue. Act as a welcoming point of contact by greeting, directing, and providing information to patients and visitors. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note:
