Overview At Function Pilates, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized Pilates instruction that supports functional movement, strength, posture, and overall well-being. With a focus on education, community, and lasting client relationships, we offer comprehensive Pilates experiences across group classes, private sessions, and instructor training programs. We are currently seeking passionate, certified Pilates instructors to join our team as we continue to grow! Duties Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed. Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including its benefits for physical health and wellness. Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client. Provide instruction on anatomy and physiology as it relates to Pilates movements. Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. Requirements Certified Pilates Instructor (Full Comprehensive preferred) Current liability insurance (or willing to obtain) Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and Pilates fundamentals Ability to modify exercises safely for special populations Professional, reliable, and client-focused Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
