What We're Looking For Required:

Preferred:
Current nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification Experience coaching HIIT, strength training, functional fitness, or boot camp-style workouts Experience in a membership-based fitness environment Experience with member accountability, retention, or relationship building Familiarity with EOS or experience working within a structured, accountability-driven organization Physical & Safety Requirements Because our coaches are responsible for leading active group fitness sessions and maintaining a safe training environment, candidates must be able to perform the essential physical and sensory responsibilities of the position, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

You know how to coach—not just count reps. You notice the member who needs a modification, the person who needs an extra push, and the new member who may need a little more encouragement. You're dependable. You're coachable. You care about doing things the right way. You enjoy being held accountable and you expect the same from your teammates. Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Why Join The Islands Fit Body Boot Camp? You'll be joining a team focused on delivering an outstanding member experience, growing together, and living our mission of: Inspiring Fitness & Changing Lives Every Day.
