Pvolve Gilbert is actively seeking an experienced group fitness instructor to join our team! Must have weekend availability. What is Pvolve? PVOLVE is a Functional Weight Training and Sculpt workout. Our workout is proven to transform the body more effectively, while also improving your movement longevity. Every PVOLVE workout combines strength with mobility and stability training, which is our formula for delivering results you wont get elsewhere, like injury prevention, supporting your joints, and helping you move better and feel better in your every day life What is the role? The Trainer position is responsible for delivering effective and energizing classes in line with the Pvolve Method. The trainer will be a dynamic, high-energy, and commanding instructor. This position requires experience leading group fitness classes, a team-player attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding class experiences. Weekend availability is required.Primary Responsibilities:
Teach a minimum of 2 - 8 classes weekly. Build meaningful connections with members to create a welcoming, connected community. Ability to provide modifications and challenges to create an all-level class experience. Point of contact post class, advising clients on frequency, memberships, and any other questions/concerns Build Pvolve attendance and hit retention and utilization goals. Ensure safety and proper movement execution. Attend trainer meetings as part of ongoing development. Grow brand awareness through events, social media, and other marketing initiatives.Qualifications:
A dynamic, high-energy personality A love for fitness, health, and wellness 2+ years group fitness experience (Preferably in the Pilates, Barre, Dance or other mind-body class formats) A deep understanding of anatomy and proper movement execution Comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class with loud music and lots of energy in the room. A growth mindset with the ability to both receive and give feedback, seeking constant growth and development within our feedback culture. Positive demeanor and team-player attitude Current trainer certification from accredited certifying bodies (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc) Specialty certifications are a plus! Bachelor's degree in an exercise related field a plus Weekend availability requiredJob Type:
