Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our growing fitness studio. The ideal candidate will lead engaging group fitness classes, provide personalized physical fitness training, and motivate clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through Pilates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of Pilates modalities, including reformer, chair, and springboard Pilates, in a supportive and dynamic environment. Duties Lead group Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for participants of all levels. Deliver personalized fitness training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals. Motivate and inspire clients through effective coaching, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Instruct clients on the use of various Pilates equipment such as reformers, chairs, and springboards. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance their practice and results. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices to continuously improve instruction quality. Requirements Proven experience in leading group fitness classes and providing personal training or coaching. Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively. Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellness among diverse populations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 8.0 per week
