•I am looking for 1 instructor who has afternoon availability. You must also be certified in indoor cycling. This is a requirement for the position.
•Check us out at www.oasiscycle.com Oasis's class style is different than traditional indoor cycling and strength training classes. Classes will be a hybrid of strength training (off bike) with a cycle finisher (on bike). As the owner of Oasis, I am looking for instructors who want to be part of the brand. This isn't a position for a person who is just looking to teach a class and leave. I am building a community and would like someone who is passionate about health and wellness . We are seeking wellness advocates . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to educate and inspire individuals in various disciplines. We would love to grow these positions into careers for the right individuals as we plan to open multiple locations. Requirements Proven experience in group fitness and indoor cycling, Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise. Familiarity with various fitness disciplines including strength training, indoor cycling, and mobility. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively. A passion for promoting health and wellness within the community. Certification in indoor cycling required ; personal training or additional certifications a plus. Ability to motivate others and create an inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Commits to varies marketing efforts are we are a new location and will be doing events, grassroots marketing with other local businesses, etc.
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate of $55-75/hour with monthly and year-end bonus opportunities.
