Sterling Grove , located in Surprise, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Aqua Fitness Instructor ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Teaches morning aqua fitness classes weekly Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety Ensures proper, up-to-date, and safe procedures are used in the teaching of all classes Monitors classes in progress and provides constructive assistance Enforces all rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner Maintains regular and reliable attendance High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience CPR and First Aid certifications required Experience required Healthcare Benefits
