Job Description

Overview Exercise Prescription LLC is a quickly growing mobile personal training company in the Greater Phoenix area. We are looking for qualified trainers to join our team! This is a unique training position, Exercise Prescription has two main components: 1. Mobile, in-home 1:1 personal training 2. Adaptive Physical Education classes for students with special needs (1:1 and small group) - Exercise Prescription is an ESA vendor. We are looking to bring on 1 or 2 certified personal trainers who have interest in working with the adaptive and special needs community. Current clients you will take over are located in the Verrado/Buckeye area and Wittman/Suprise area. This is a fully mobile position. Responsibilities Design and implement customized fitness group classes tailored to students' unique needs, focusing on motor skills, strength, and functional movement. Create short 'health and wellness' take-home sheets/homework for the students. Assess students body mechanics and anatomy to develop effective training plans that promote safe exercise execution. Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques, emphasizing injury prevention and optimal body mechanics, safely is our top priority when working with students. Promote a positive fitness environment by encouraging participation, fostering community spirit, and maintaining high energy levels throughout sessions. Contribute to the growth of Exercise Prescription by engaging in fitness sales efforts , marketing and networking, and building lasting relationships with clients. Experience Proven experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor - special needs or adaptive fitness experience a huge bonus! Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, sports coaching principles, and body mechanics essential for adaptive training. Demonstrated ability to design effective exercise programs for individuals with varying abilities and mobility challenges. Excellent teaching skills with a passion for educating others about physical education concepts in an engaging manner. Familiarity with networking, marketing, and the ability to promote programs confidently to prospective clients. Reliable vehicle is a must. Certification in personal training is required. Degree in a fitness-related field is preferred. Flexible schedule is a must. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required within 30 days of hire.

$40.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 3.0 per week
