Duties Lead group yoga classes, demonstrating postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises with clarity and enthusiasm Design and adapt yoga programs to accommodate different skill levels, ages, and health conditions Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help clients improve their practice safely and effectively Ensure all sessions adhere to safety standards, including proper manual handling and injury prevention techniques Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, setting up equipment and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed Educate clients on body mechanics, biomechanics, physiology, and anatomy relevant to yoga practice Promote fitness and wellness services, memberships, and upcoming classes to enhance client engagement and retention Experience Certified Yoga Instructor with valid credentials from a recognized certification body (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) Proven experience teaching group fitness classes, especially yoga or Pilates instruction Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics as they relate to exercise routines Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as Pilates, Dancing, or Sports Coaching is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse client populations Experience working in health clubs or fitness centers is preferred Certification in CPR/AED is required; first aid certification is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting when setting up equipment or assisting clients with modifications Join us as a Certified Yoga Instructor and be part of a passionate team dedicated to empowering individuals through movement.
