Job Description

Group Fitness Coach - Interval 50/50 & Glute Room We are seeking energetic, motivating, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Coaches to join our team and lead our Interval 50/50 and Glute Room training programs. Our ideal coach is passionate about fitness, confident leading groups, and capable of creating an engaging environment where members of varying fitness levels feel challenged, supported, and motivated to progress. Interval 50/50 Interval 50/50 is a 45-minute progressive training experience combining 50% cardiovascular conditioning and 50% strength training. Coaches guide members through an efficient, high-energy workout designed to simultaneously improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, conditioning, and overall fitness. Glute Room The Glute Room is a lower-body focused strength and hypertrophy training program designed to develop the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and supporting lower-body musculature. Coaches lead structured workouts using progressive resistance and proper movement mechanics to help members improve strength, stability, muscular development, and overall lower-body performance. Responsibilities Lead engaging and structured Interval 50/50 and/or Glute Room classes. Demonstrate proper exercise technique, form, and movement mechanics. Provide clear coaching cues and ensure participant safety throughout each workout. Motivate members to challenge themselves and remain consistent with their fitness goals. Modify exercises appropriately for different fitness levels and abilities. Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming training environment. Educate participants on proper strength-training and conditioning principles. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workout space. Track class attendance and provide constructive feedback when appropriate. Stay current with fitness trends, training techniques, and exercise safety standards. Qualifications Group fitness, personal training, strength and conditioning, or comparable fitness certification from a recognized organization preferred. Previous experience coaching group fitness, strength training, HIIT, lower-body training, or similar programs preferred. Strong understanding of exercise technique, safety, and injury prevention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently motivate and lead groups with varying fitness levels. High-energy, professional, dependable, and coachable. Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve measurable results. What We're Looking For We aren't simply looking for someone to demonstrate exercises. We want coaches who can create an experience—someone who brings energy to the room, builds relationships with members, teaches proper movement, and makes participants want to come back and continue progressing. If you're passionate about coaching and want the opportunity to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, we'd love to meet you.
