$40 per 50-minute class, with opportunity to grow Sage Health Wellness Center is looking for an experienced, engaging Mat Pilates Instructor to join our small-group Sage Flow Studio. We're looking for someone who can create a safe, motivating class that helps clients improve strength, core stability, mobility, posture, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Lead engaging 50-minute Mat Pilates classes Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications for varying fitness levels Emphasize proper form, body mechanics, and safety Create a warm, encouraging experience that keeps clients coming back Help build a consistent following at Sage Flow Studio Qualifications Mat Pilates certification and teaching experience required Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe movement CPR/AED certification preferred Additional yoga, personal training, or movement certifications are a plus Warm, dependable, professional, and comfortable teaching small groups

Schedule:

Thursday evening, approximately 5:30-6:30

PM Compensation :

$40 per class to start, with opportunity for increased compensation as attendance grows.
