If you have a National Accreditation and/or a BS in Kinesiology, or if you're a fitness enthusiast with a degree in a related field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality personal training sessions to clients. Assessing clients' fitness levels and goals, and creating personalized training plans Providing ongoing support and motivation to clients. Keeping accurate records of clients' progress and updating training plans as needed Promoting the benefits of personal training and encouraging clients to achieve their goals. Be willing to post at least once a week on social media.
Requirements:
National Accredited certification for personal training (required). BS in Kinesiology or a related field (highly encouraged, but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage clients. A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals. Must be able to lift 185 lbs. Maintain a level of physique standard - lead by example We need to be able to either know or be willing to learn how to train PCOS, Post-partum, and pregnant clients. Position Summary A Personal Trainer at Hideout Fitness is responsible for delivering personalized training services that help members reach their fitness goals. They will work one-on-one with clients to design safe and effective exercise programs, and monitor progress throughout their fitness journey. Our Personal Trainers will be knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and wellness and will strive to provide an enjoyable and motivating experience for every client. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develops individualized personal training programs for clients to meet their specific fitness goals. Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique. Educates clients on current health and fitness topics Conducts fitness consultations for new clients, including assessments, goal-setting, habit design and program design. Refers clients' to appropriate personal trainer level based on their needs Promotes and sells personal training services and packages. Maintains accurate and complete client records Stay up-to-date with current certifications and trends in the fitness industry. Position Requirements National Accreditation for Personal Training CPR and AED Certified Strong knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design Ability to physically perform exercises and lift up to 185 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or a related field (highly encouraged but not required) 1 year of personal training experience (preferred but not required) High School Diploma or equivalent Either speaks: Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean. (Highly preferred but not required.)
