  • AI-Integrated)Company Overview FH5 Movement Physical Therapists (LA/OC) is a sports rehabilitation and performance center integrating Physical Therapy, Prehab, and AI-assisted training systems.
We specialize in youth athletic development, injury prevention, and long-term performance progression. Position Overview We are seeking a Youth Performance Coach who wants to build real-world experience working alongside Physical Therapists and within an AI-assisted training ecosystem. This is not a traditional gym role. You will co-manage youth athletes inside a structured system that combines: Physical Therapy collaboration Performance training AI-based movement analysis Injury prevention integration Key Responsibilities Lead and assist youth athletic performance sessions (ages 10-18) Execute FH5's structured prehab + performance system Collaborate with FH5 Physical Therapists on return-to-play progression Utilize FH5 AI tools for movement review and program validation Participate in weekly development meetings Ideal Candidate Certified Personal Trainer (Required) Background in youth sports, strength & conditioning, or athletic coaching Strong communication skills (able to work with teens & parents) Open to structured systems (not freelance programming style) Team-oriented mindset CSCS preferred but not required.
