RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct PT's on sales goals and targets Up to 20 hours per week of training clients Hire, train and develop the PT team Point of contact for high level client concerns and needs Ensures all PT's are maintaining the highest standard during their sessions Set benchmarks and review PT sales staff Organize continuing education for PT team Monitor that each sale is done ethically and clearly to the client. Terms need to be understood and clients need to start training immediately Maintain positive EFT roll forward with minimum loss Sell a minimum of $40,000- $60,000 invoice per month Monitor trainer certifications and expiration dates and verify they are credible Manage onboarding paperwork and hiring Work collaboratively with the Membership Director on meeting Club Sales goals Meet daily with the GM and PTD to strategize the day and discuss other club issues Avid team player Manage client cancellations Ideally is interested in multiple modalities and studio classes Manage and be aware of staff schedules - forecast needs adjust schedules as needed Spearhead client events and challenges Oversee client logbooks are complete and accurate Eager to continue to learn about management skills development. Take responsibility for all studio club needs. Step in and help out Be timely, well dressed, and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS
Can work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week Mon-Fri Experience managing and motivating a team Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
