What You'll Own As a Personal Trainer at Bay Area Trainers, you'll own the full client experience—from assessments,program design, coaching, nutrition. and healthy lifestyle coaching. Your job is to deliver results and build lasting relationships. Outcomes You'll Produce Thoughtful, individualized strength and cardio programs Comprehensive client assessments and regular progress check-ins Progressive plans to improve movement quality Deep psychological engagement that keeps clients showing up and bought in Health habit coaching that supports sustainable, long-term change Consistent client renewals and referrals by selling the true value of training What You've Got to Have NASM Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach Proven experience with program design Ability to run functional movement assessments Knowledge of corrective exercise and progressive overload Strong communication skills to keep clients engaged and motivated Ability to coach clients in habit change and behavior-based strategies Sales confidence: you can explain the why behind training and help clients commit A growth mindset and willingness to receive feedback
Bonus Credentials Include:
NASM Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach Background in kinesiology, exercise science, or similar Experience in habit-based coaching (PN, GGS, etc.) Comfort with small-group training
SEMI PRIVATE
