Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and strength training will help clients improve their body mechanics, enhance athletic performance, and foster lifelong healthy habits. Responsibilities Design and implement customized strength and conditioning training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals Conduct fitness assessments, including body mechanics analysis and physiology evaluations, to inform program development Lead engaging group fitness classes and personal training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Educate clients on proper manual handling techniques, anatomy, and biomechanics to ensure safe exercise execution Provide exceptional client communication, motivation, and support to foster a positive fitness experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health club standards, sports coaching techniques, and fitness industry best practices Ensure safety protocols are followed by applying first aid skills, CPR certification, AED operation, and adherence to health guidelines Qualifications Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) or equivalent qualification Proven experience in the fitness industry with a strong background in gym or health club environments Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, body mechanics, and strength training principles Demonstrated ability to develop effective fitness programs for diverse client populations including athletes and general public Valid CPR certification and AED operation training; first aid certification preferred Excellent client communication skills with a passion for coaching and teaching others Experience working with weight handling in the workplace or sports coaching experience is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of customer service Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives! Pay:
