Master Trainer / Assistant Manager

Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Master Trainer / Assistant Manager to join our vibrant fitness team. This role is perfect for passionate fitness professionals eager to lead, inspire, and elevate the training experience for clients while supporting the overall operations of our health club. As a key team member, you will combine expert coaching with leadership responsibilities to foster a motivating environment that drives client success and business growth. Duties Lead engaging fitness coaching sessions, utilizing your sports coaching experience and biomechanics knowledge to deliver personalized workout plans tailored to each client's goals and abilities Assist in managing daily club operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to safety standards Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, motivational coaching, and exceptional customer service Conduct fitness assessments, including physiology evaluations and body mechanics analysis, to inform program design Promote fitness programs and memberships, leveraging your sales skills to motivate prospects and convert leads into loyal clients Ensure safety protocols are followed by performing manual handling tasks safely, operating AED devices, and maintaining first aid readiness Support team training initiatives by mentoring new staff on industry best practices, program design, and client engagement strategies Skills Proven sports coaching experience with a deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology Certified in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and basic life support procedures Skilled in creating personalized workout plans that incorporate fitness industry standards for health, strength, flexibility, and endurance training Strong knowledge of nutrition principles to support holistic client wellness plans Excellent client rapport building skills paired with effective communication to motivate diverse populations Experience in fitness sales with the ability to articulate program benefits persuasively Familiarity with gym equipment operation, heavy lifting techniques, and program design software Demonstrated ability to deliver motivational fitness coaching that inspires clients to achieve their goals while maintaining safety standards Join us if you're passionate about transforming lives through fitness! Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
