Reformer Pilates Instructor - Boutique Studio Setting We are seeking a passionate and personable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our Pasadena boutique reformer studio starting August 2026. This is a very intimate studio setting featuring only 6 reformers, allowing for a highly personalized experience where instructors truly build relationships with their clients and become part of a close-knit community. If you enjoy connecting with people, learning about your clients on a deeper level, and teaching in a more intentional and hands-on environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. If you are someone who enjoys smaller group class sizes, values personalized instruction, and is interested in teaching private sessions, this studio environment is ideal for you. What We're Looking For A warm, engaging, and professional instructor who thrives in a community-focused atmosphere Someone confident teaching small-group Reformer Pilates classes with individualized attention An instructor who values client relationships, consistency, and creating a welcoming environment Ability to teach a minimum of 2-3 class blocks per shift Interest in growing a private client base is a plus Availability to begin in August 2026 Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about Pilates and wellness Qualifications Reformer Pilates certification required Previous teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and cueing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in an intimate boutique studio environment Perks Small class sizes with the ability to truly connect with clients Opportunity to build private training clientele Supportive and growing Pilates community Opportunity for growth within the company Complimentary studio classes We are looking for instructors who genuinely love Pilates, community, and helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their movement practice.
