Duties Conduct personalized fitness assessments to understand clients' health status, goals, and fitness levels. Design tailored workout programs that incorporate principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective training. Lead individual and group training sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and motivating clients to stay committed. Educate clients on exercise routines, proper form, nutrition basics, and injury prevention strategies. Assist clients in preparing for personal trainer certification exams through mentorship and guidance on program design and sports coaching techniques. Promote gym memberships and personal training services by highlighting benefits aligned with clients' fitness aspirations. Maintain detailed records of client progress, session plans, and health information to track improvements and adjust programs as needed. Qualifications Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science principles. Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred; teaching physical education or sports coaching background is a plus. Ability to develop creative workout programs tailored to diverse client needs and fitness levels. Excellent communication skills for teaching techniques clearly and motivating clients effectively. Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and the ability to promote gym services confidently. Passion for health club environments and a commitment to supporting clients' wellness journeys. Willingness to obtain certification in personal training; prior certification or coursework in fitness-related fields is advantageous.
