+ Shine Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Riverside looking for certified Pilates instructors who are knowledgeable, positive, dependable, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience. We believe in movement before perfection , positive coaching, and teaching the person in front of you—not simply the exercise. We are a modern pilates studio that believes in staying rooted in the classics.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching safe, engaging Reformer Pilates classes Providing clear cueing, corrections, and modifications Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment Maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment standards Providing professional, warm client service
Requirements:
Completed formal Pilates teacher training Current Pilates certification Reformer training required Strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals and modifications Reliable, professional, and confident leading groups Applicants still enrolled in teacher training who have not yet completed certification will not be considered.
Classes may include:
Reformer, Jumpboard, Mat, Stretch & Restore, and Tower depending on experience. Align + Shine is a no-mean-girl culture studio.
