About Us 9Round Kickboxing is a fast-paced, 30-minute, full-body kickboxing fitness studio. We help members of all fitness levels get stronger, build confidence, and have fun while they sweat. We're looking for an energetic, motivating trainer to join our team and help our members crush their goals. What You'll Do Lead and coach members through our signature 9-station, 30-minute kickboxing circuit Greet and check in members, creating a welcoming and high-energy studio environment Demonstrate and correct proper form on kickboxing techniques and functional movements Motivate members of all fitness levels — from first-timers to seasoned athletes Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe training floor Support front-desk tasks as needed (sign-ins, retail, scheduling) Assist with member engagement: birthdays, milestones, challenges, and promotions Schedule Primarily afternoon shifts Some morning shift availability required (early classes/coverage) Saturday availability a plus What We're Looking For Positive, high-energy personality with strong people skills Passion for fitness, kickboxing, boxing, or martial arts (experience a plus, not required — we train!) Reliable, punctual, and coachable Comfortable leading small groups and giving hands-on coaching CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Personal training or group fitness certification a plus What We Offer Free 9Round membership Paid training and certification support Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the studio Hourly pay plus commission
Compensation:
