City Sports Club in Sacramento is looking for energetic, motivated, and career-driven Personal Trainers to join one of the fastest-growing personal training teams in Northern California. Whether you're an experienced trainer or just starting your fitness career, we'll provide the tools, mentorship, and client opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do Design customized 1-on-1 personal training programs. Lead high-energy small group training sessions. Coach members on proper exercise technique and movement. Build lasting relationships that keep clients motivated and accountable. Track client progress through assessments and goal reviews. Create an exceptional member experience that changes lives. What We're Looking For Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) or currently working toward certification. CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before employment). Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
