Classes are on the courts, in the open air. Mats and light weights provided.

Classes:

functional training and a light-weights strength class. Mornings, weekdays. You can take one class or more. What we're looking for: Certified in what you teach Comfortable teaching outdoors, in the cold and in the sun You can hold a class of up to 12 people You show up on time, every time Classes run with a minimum of 2 participants; if fewer sign up, we cancel at least 5 hours before start time and that session isn't paid.
