Personal Fitness Trainer
Job Description
Overview E20 gives people a truly innovative, science-driven, and personalized approach to movement. Members experience professionally-coached, custom curated electro muscular stimulation (EMS) sessions in 20-30 minutes, while achieving lasting physical and mental results. About the Role Our coaches are dynamic and results-oriented individuals who play a pivotal role in driving member success and achieving company growth targets. You will wear multiple hats, combining the expertise of a coach, salesperson, and customer service representative. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, guiding them on their strength and movement journeys with EMS training, and exceeding their expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Coaching Excellence:
Conduct personalized EMS sessions, educate clients on techniques and safety, track progress, and maintain a motivating environment.Sales & Client Acquisition:
Consult with prospects, sell EMS packages and products, and meet sales targets.Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Deliver exceptional customer service, build client loyalty, address concerns, and manage scheduling.Additional Responsibilities:
Stay current on EMS technology, contribute to a positive team environment, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness professional with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport, present effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Proficiency in using customer management software, point-of-sale systems, and fitness tracking tools. A positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Personal Training Certification (NASM, ISSA, etc.).Skills:
Excellent interpersonal. communication, and empathetic skills. Enthusiasm for fitness training. Ideally someone with Pilates, yoga or dance background. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness potential. Attention to detail.Benefits:
