In this role, you will lead engaging kickboxing classes that motivate participants of all ages and skill levels to achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will inspire confidence, promote healthy lifestyles, and foster a fun, supportive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for martial arts and fitness while making a positive impact on our community. Duties Lead energetic and safe kickboxing classes tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper technique and form for punches, kicks, and defensive moves Develop creative workout routines that challenge participants and keep classes lively Provide clear instructions and feedback to ensure participant safety and engagement Monitor class participants' progress, offering encouragement and modifications as needed Enforce safety protocols including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and behavior management Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, fitness tips, and progress updates Requirements Proven experience in martial arts, kickboxing, boxing or sports-specific training instruction Strong background in sports coaching or team leadership roles such as soccer coaching or cheerleading Experience working with children or students in physical education or childcare settings Knowledge of health club operations, gym environments, or sports team management Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and child safety preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups Ability to demonstrate proper techniques while maintaining a lively and energetic class atmosphere Join us as a Kickboxing Instructor to inspire active lifestyles through engaging classes that empower individuals to reach their fitness potential.
