CT ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a full-time Personal Trainer to coach busy adults (mostly 35-55 year old professionals and parents) in our 30-minute, high-intensity strength training workouts. You'll lead a small group (2-6 clients) and 1-on-1 sessions, coach technique, and create an unforgettable experience for every client that walks in. If you love strength training, coaching "real world" clients, and being part of a tight, high-energy team, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver World-Class Workouts:
30-minute small-group and private strength workouts that are safe, effective, and high-energy.
Inspire clients:
Build people up. Learn names, understand goals, and help clients feel stronger and more confident every week.
Practice intelligent fitness:
Use a science-based approach to programming and coaching. No gimmicks, no fads.
Lead by example:
Live a healthy lifestyle and represent what we teach.
Be a great teammate:
Show up on time, prepared, and willing to help. Attend weekly team meetings and trainings.
Own the client experience:
Make sure orientations and sessions educate, encourage, and WOW clients every time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Education in Exercise Science or related field or nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) Experience training in-person (small group or 1-on-1) Comfortable training and connecting with busy adults, especially women 35-55 Positive, high-energy communicator who likes being on the floor Team player who is coachable and hungry to grow Bonus (not required): Experience with high-intensity strength training Experience in boutique or small-group personal training studios
