Job Description

ElevateOS is a technology and fitness services company that partners with residential communities to provide convenient, high-quality wellness services. We connect clients with qualified fitness professionals for personalized training, coaching, and accountability. We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor to work with a private client in Norwalk, CT 06854 .
Position Details:
Frequency:
4 sessions per week
Session Length:
45 minutes
Schedule:
3 sessions Monday-Thursday between 6:00 PM-8:00 PM 1 session Saturday between 9:00 AM-12:00
PM Client Goals:
Rebuild strength, mobility, and conditioning Restore overall fitness after a break from consistent training Improve technique and exercise execution Progress safely while minimizing injury risk Stay accountable with a structured training program
Requirements:
Current Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification Active liability insurance
Swim Instructor:
Must have professional swimming instruction experience and be qualified to provide one-on-one swim coaching. Previous personal training experience preferred Strong knowledge of proper exercise technique and injury prevention Professional, encouraging, and accountability-focused If you are a dedicated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping clients build muscle, gain confidence, and achieve measurable results, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
