The position requires certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in exercise science and personal training certification. The role involves flexible hours primarily on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at the client's fitness center. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a memorable experience to participants and client partners
• Perform basic fitness center administrative duties including membership database reporting and equipment maintenance tracking
• Monitor fitness floor and facility including equipment checks and locker room rounds to ensure member safety
• Engage and assist members with their exercise programs
• Teach group fitness classes
• Guide and motivate participants to increase physical activity and create lasting behavioral change
• Develop personalized exercise prescriptions based on fitness assessments and participant goals Schedule and Shift Details
• Part-time coverage needed 10-20 hours per week, ideally Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Tuesday and Thursday 12:00pm to 7:30pm (hours flexible), Friday 1:30pm to 6:30pm required.
