Job Description

Results Fitness Ridgefield We're hiring a coach who brings the energy. Someone who can lead a strong private session, then turn around and run a group class that leaves people smiling and sweaty. A Pilates or movement background, or an FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) certification, is a real plus and makes ISOPHIT click faster. If you love coaching, love people, and want room to grow, keep reading. Who this is for You're the kind of coach who: Has a personal training certification with at least 3 years of experience. Is just as comfortable coaching one person as you are leading a full room. Brings real energy, and people feed off it. Likes people, and it shows. Clients and members remember you. Shows up early, on time, ready to go, even on the 5:30am days. You'll also get trained in ISOPHIT , our isometric strength system. Most trainers have never heard of it. We'll teach you, the training time is paid, and you'll add a skill to your toolkit that very few coaches in this area have. Who this is NOT for A little honesty before you apply. This isn't a clock in, train, clock out gig. A few hours each week go to admin and keeping the studio spotless. Wiping down equipment, laundry, resets, opening and closing. We take real pride in our space. If that part sounds like a chore you'd rather skip, this probably isn't your fit, and that's okay. What you'll actually do Train clients in private sessions and lead group classes. This is the bulk of your hours. Build programs and class formats that keep people coming back. Coach with sharp form cues, clear demos, and the kind of energy that fills a room. Learn and deliver ISOPHIT sessions once you're trained. Keep the studio clean, welcoming, and ready to go. Help with retention and rebooking, and make every member feel like a regular. What's in it for you A clear path from part time to full time for the right person. We grow our people. Paid ISOPHIT training, a rare skill you keep for your whole career. An established studio with clients and classes already on the schedule. You walk in and coach. No building your own business from scratch. A small, tight, supportive team that actually likes working together. A schedule built around early mornings (early in, early out, so your afternoons are mostly your own), with some afternoon hours available. A little flexibility on our end for the right fit. What you bring Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent). CPR and AED certified, or willing to get certified before your start date. Customer service experience. Required. This is a people job first. Comfortable leading groups and demonstrating movement on your feet through full shifts. Reliable, punctual, and ready for early starts. • The schedule Mostly early morning shifts (we're an early in, early out facility), plus some afternoon hours. Part time to start, flexible for the right person, with room to grow into full time. How to apply Hit Apply . It takes about a minute. Then do one quick thing. In your application, tell us in two sentences why this role fits you and what you love about coaching. That's it. We read every single one. We may be bringing on more than one coach, so don't assume the spot is filled. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and certifications. We'll talk numbers when we meet.
