Hourly position with personal-training earning opportunities Build Your Training Career With Stability Epic Health & Fitness is seeking energetic, knowledgeable, and relationship-driven personal trainers to join our team in Crystal River and Beverly Hills. This hybrid position is designed for trainers who want to build a successful personal-training business without immediately depending entirely on commission or client sessions for their income. Team members receive dependable hourly pay while working scheduled gym shifts, gaining exposure to our members, developing relationships, and building their personal-training client base. Epic will provide coaching, resources, member introductions, and sales support to help the selected trainers grow their book of business. Primary Responsibilities Personal Training Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions. Design safe, effective, and customized workout programs. Deliver professional one-on-one and small-group training sessions. Track client progress and provide ongoing accountability. Maintain regular communication with clients. Help clients improve their strength, health, confidence, and overall quality of life. Build and retain a strong personal-training client base. Hourly Fitness Coach and Facility Responsibilities During scheduled hourly shifts, the trainer will: Engage with members on the fitness floor. Help members use equipment safely and correctly. Welcome new members and help them feel comfortable in the gym. Conduct member orientations and introductory workouts. Follow up with prospective and current personal-training clients. Identify members who may benefit from personal training. Schedule consultations and fitness assessments. Support gym events, challenges, and member-engagement activities. Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and professional facility. Complete assigned cleaning duties throughout the gym, restrooms, locker rooms, fitness floor, offices, and common areas. Monitor the facility throughout each shift and address cleanliness or safety concerns promptly. Prepare and process smoothie orders accurately and efficiently. Process prepared-meal orders, purchases, and customer pickups. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle member transactions responsibly. Restock smoothie-bar ingredients, meals, supplements, retail products, and facility supplies. Follow all food-handling, sanitation, and inventory procedures. Provide friendly and professional customer service at the front desk and smoothie bar. Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational procedures. Assist management with reasonable fitness, membership, customer-service, and facility responsibilities.
