About us Galt Ocean Pilates is a small luxury boutique Pilates business in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We offer private and duet Pilates Job Summary We are seeking several passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructors to join our team as Substitutes. The ideal candidate will lead duet and private classes and provide personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals, filling in for others as needed. Duties
- Instruct Pilates reformer, tower, and chair classes for individuals of varying fitness levels
- Educate clients on proper form, breathing techniques, and Pilates principles
- Design and implement safe and effective workout programs tailored to individual needs
- Provide guidance on overall health and wellness practices
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Skills
- Strong background in teaching Pilates with a comprehensive certification
- Proficiency in anatomy with the ability to explain muscle function and movement patterns
- Experience in a fitness studio setting, preferably with knowledge of Mat, Barre, and Reformer, and Chair Pilates
- Ability to design comprehensive Pilates programs for diverse clientele
- Comprehensive Certification in Pilates instruction and 1-2 years experience
