Duties Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and physical capabilities Develop customized workout plans based on biomechanics, physiology, body mechanics, and client preferences Lead one-on-one and group training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety during heavy lifting and manual handling activities Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients' progress, maintain engagement, and build confidence Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, first aid procedures, CPR, AED operation, and overall health best practices Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement Promote fitness services through effective sales techniques while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client rapport Experience Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching within the fitness industry or health clubs Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, and program design principles Experience teaching physical education or leading group fitness classes is highly desirable Strong background in sports coaching or coaching experience that emphasizes motivation and performance enhancement Familiarity with gym operations, health club environments, or fitness sales strategies Certification in CPR/AED First Aid is required; additional certifications in biomechanics, nutrition, or manual handling are advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
