As a 6WEEX Coach, your primary focus is coaching. You do not need to spend your day chasing leads, building your own client base, or worrying about marketing. We provide the members, systems, structure, and support so you can focus on delivering outstanding coaching, building strong relationships, and helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident. You will coach premium Small Group Personal Training sessions with approximately 4-6 members, combining the energy of group training with the individual attention of personal training. We currently operate studios in Oakland Park and East Boca . Duties Lead high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions for approximately 4-6 members Conduct fitness assessments and help identify clients' goals, movement capabilities, and individual needs Deliver structured, safe, and effective strength training sessions based on 6WEEX coaching standards Modify exercises and training intensity based on individual fitness levels, limitations, injuries, and goals Coach proper exercise technique, body mechanics, strength movements, and functional training Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey Build strong, long-term relationships with members through professional and consistent communication Track client progress and help members stay accountable to their goals Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming training environment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Participate in ongoing coaching education, team training, and professional development Support the studio team in delivering an exceptional overall member experience Follow all safety procedures and maintain current CPR/AED certification Experience & Qualifications Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization preferred Current CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain before starting Previous experience in personal training, strength coaching, group fitness, sports coaching, or a similar fitness environment preferred Strong understanding of exercise technique, biomechanics, anatomy, and basic program design Comfortable coaching strength training and functional movements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, professional, and reliable Ability to connect with clients across different ages and fitness levels Highly coachable and willing to follow established coaching systems Passion for helping people achieve measurable results Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career in the fitness industry Compensation & Benefits $60,000+ total compensation package Full-time employment 16 days of paid time off Commission opportunities Nike shoes and 6WEEX apparel Ongoing education and professional development Structured onboarding and coaching development Leadership and career advancement opportunities Established member base — no need to find your own clients Marketing, sales, and lead generation handled by 6WEEX Why 6WEEX At 6WEEX, we want our coaches to become exceptional at coaching.
