Job Description

Position Overview Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified and certified Group Aerobics Instructor to provide professional fitness and wellness classes at the Patrick Space Force Base Fitness Center. The instructor may teach Yoga, HIIT, Power Cycle, Cardio Pop Dance, Pilates, Total Body Pump, Body Conditioning, or an equivalent fitness discipline, depending on certification and experience. Responsibilities Conduct safe and professional group fitness classes; Arrive at least 10 minutes before each scheduled class; Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and appropriate exercise modifications; Monitor participants for proper technique and safety; Maintain required attendance and sign-in documentation; Follow the Fitness Center's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and report participant injuries; Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate music selection; and Promptly communicate any delay or inability to conduct an assigned class. Qualifications Current nationally recognized fitness certification appropriate to the class being taught; Current CPR and AED certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; Current First Aid certification; Ability to provide copies of required certifications before beginning work; Ability to obtain required access to Patrick Space Force Base; Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and group-instruction skills; and Previous group fitness instruction experience and certification in more than one fitness discipline are preferred.
