Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our growing and dynamic team! Our practice takes a holistic approach to health and wellness by combining Pilates Reformer instruction with Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, and Spinal Decompression, and Shockwave Therapy . We are seeking someone who is committed to helping clients improve their strength, mobility, movement, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and personalized Pilates Reformer instruction based on each patient's individual needs. Review patient charts and relevant health information to become familiar with conditions and recommendations provided by the Chiropractor. Develop and lead sessions tailored to each patient's goals, abilities, and treatment plan. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and patient notes following each Pilates Reformer session. Monitor and communicate patient progress with the Chiropractor and other members of the healthcare team. Create a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient. Demonstrate excellent customer service and help patients understand the value of continued Pilates care. Qualifications Current, valid Pilates certification. Professional liability insurance. Hands-on experience teaching Pilates Reformer. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to build strong relationships with patients and confidently discuss services and membership options. Why Join Our Team?
