Job Description

Burn Boot Camp Buford, GA is looking to hire a Personal Trainer to join our awesome team! The Support Trainer is responsible for upholding Burn Boot Camp's high standards and delivering an exceptional workout experience for clients. This role focuses on fostering community, helping members achieve their fitness goals, and supporting overall member growth through quality coaching, consistent delivery of branded programming, and promoting additional revenue opportunities. This individual would need to have availability to train regular, weekly camps either in the early morning, mid-morning, or afternoon (huge plus if you can train during different times of the day), in addition to rotating with other Trainers on Saturday mornings.
Key responsibilities include:
Primary Duties Camp Coaching:
Deliver high-energy, safe, and effective workouts in alignment with Burn Boot Camp programming and brand standards.
Member Support:
Create a welcoming, supportive, and motivational environment for all members. Engage with members, celebrate their milestones, and promote community involvement.
Promotion of Revenue Streams:
Educate and encourage members to participate in system-wide challenges, retail, and nutrition products.
Operational Excellence:
Support Head Trainer in maintaining facility standards (cleanliness, equipment readiness, and gym organization). Uphold compliance with all operational policies and safety protocols.
Team Collaboration:
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development sessions as assigned. Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to provide a cohesive member experience. Other Duties as

Flexibility to assist with projects, outreach events, or fill in during scheduling needs. Qualifications Passion for fitness, wellness, and community building. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire members at all levels. Certification from a nationally-recognized organization (preferred or willingness to obtain) Willingness to embody and promote Burn Boot Camp's mission, vision, and core values.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
