Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes Drive results for members Set up the studio before and after training sessions Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation Motivate studio members during and after training Assist with membership retention Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment Help the Manager ensure the business operates at the highest level We are searching for Trainers who are: Passionate about motivating our members to push their limits Able to deliver high level customer service every single day Have the ability to coach and cue strength and fitness movements correctly Willing to work flexible hours Eager to be actively involved in growing the business Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team Able to provide a very high standard of training and service Full of energy and confident generating a motivating training environment Have a 'can do' attitude

Experience and Qualifications:
