Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Ninja Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background working with children. As a Ninja Instructor, you will guide children, ages 2.5-15, through our obstacle courses and stations with help from our certified ninja training team. USA Ninja Challenge -Woodstock (on the Cobb/Cherokee line on 92 and Main Street) is looking to add one or two more reliable team members. Being a children's ninjas gym, most hours are afternoon and weekends. We do offer a few morning and early afternoon options for toddlers and home school students. We have half day 9am-12pm camps over school breaks. For consistency for you and our ninjas, we'd like to set you up on a consistent schedule each week, adding camp hours as needed or requested. We also host parties on the weekends. This part time position is perfect for someone who enjoys and has experience working with kids. An understanding and/or love of physical fitness and/or ninja obstacle course racing (just like on the warrior show) is helpful. We have 2-3 employees in the building during operating hours, so reliability and punctuality are at the top of our check list. We help children become more confident in themselves, learn how to safely train on our ninja warrior equipment, and guide them on how to better themselves both mentally and physically. After training under our lead instructor, you'll help guide ninjas safely through our rotating obstacles and stations each day. Safety is our number one priority. We will train fully you. We also host birthday parties, end of season events, field trips and camps. Our immediate need is for coverage for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week. See below of coverage hours. If you're currently in high school, we do accept work-based learning students and can guarantee 1-2 credits, depending on availability. You will be responsible for instructing groups of 6-10 during each class. We'd like someone to be on a weekly set schedule and able to pick up the school break camps, as needed. Looking to bring someone in immediately. Shifts we're looking for coverage: Tuesday 1:00-7:15pm, Thursday 1:00-7:15pm, Friday 8:45-1:30pm, Saturday 8:45am-5:00pm, and possibly Sunday 8:45am-5pm. This could be one person or two people. Background check required.
