In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for participants of all skill levels, demonstrating proper techniques and fostering motivation. Your expertise will help clients improve their physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being through thoughtfully designed yoga routines. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for yoga while supporting our community's health journey. Duties Lead group yoga classes, ensuring clear instruction and safe practice for all participants Demonstrate yoga poses, breathing techniques, and sequences with precision and clarity Develop customized class plans that cater to different skill levels and individual needs Provide guidance on proper body mechanics, alignment, and biomechanics during routines Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate injuries or physical limitations Foster a motivating environment that encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and personal growth Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes Ensure safety protocols are followed, including knowledge of first aid, CPR, and AED operation Skills Certified in Yoga instruction with relevant credentials from accredited programs Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics Experience teaching group fitness classes with excellent client communication skills Ability to demonstrate exercise routines effectively while providing constructive coaching Familiarity with fitness industry standards including health club operations and customer service Knowledge of additional disciplines such as Pilates instruction, dance, or sports coaching is a plus Skilled in program design tailored to diverse client needs and fitness levels Motivated fitness coaching style that inspires clients to achieve their goals Experience with other fitness modalities such as atrength Training, Tabata, HIIT, cycling, or heavy lifting is advantageous Proficient in health and safety procedures related to physical training environments Join us as a Certified Yoga Instructor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through movement.
