Job Description

We are looking for a results driven Personal Trainer to join our exceptional team. This person must be passionate about fitness and demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate would possess the skills and personality to motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans, and tracking progress. Our personal trainers play a vital role in the success of our members and our club. One year minimum of personal training required. This position is commission based only, potential to create a lot of income both from personal training and group personal training
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build client base through conducting fitness assessments and demonstrating the value of personal training, including safe and proper exercise techniques. Provide comprehensive fitness programing based on client goals. Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress. Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
One year minimum of personal training and program design experience.

Desire to transform lives through educating and motivating members. Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique. Possess excellent customer service skills. Possess or be willing to learn sales skills. Software Management & Tracking Rendering fitness sessions and scheduling of clients Update of personal schedule and recording notes as needed Personal continuing education Ability to self-promote and network. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
CERTIFICATIONS
Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA). Related college degree preferred but not required.
CPR/AED. BS

Pay:
$10.00 - $100.00 per hour
