Fitness Coach:

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Help members set and achieve goals Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren't Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Keep a clean and organized fitness space for members and coworkers Engage with memberships and build meaningful relationships Requirements No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. Must be AED/CPR certified We're looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
