Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Group Fitness Instructor to continue teaching Seniors in Motion, a welcoming fitness class designed for seniors of all fitness levels. Seniors in Motion incorporates a variety of exercises focused on strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Participants have the option to remain seated and exercise from a chair, but the class also encourages participants to get up, move, and challenge themselves at a level that feels comfortable for them.
