Job Description

Personal Trainer Anytime Fitness - 3.7 Bloomington, IN Job Details Part-time Up to $50,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer Full Job Description About the Job We're not looking for someone who just "likes fitness." We're looking for a coach —someone who can build relationships, deliver results, and grow a loyal client base. This is a great opportunity for a trainer who wants to take ownership of their income and career , not just clock in and wait for clients to be handed to them.
What You'll Do:
Coach clients through personalized training sessions (1:1 and small group). Build and maintain your own client base (we support you—you still need to hustle). Deliver a high-energy, professional training experience. Help members stay accountable and actually get results. Maintain a clean, organized training environment. Communicate consistently with clients (follow-ups, check-ins, retention).
What We're Looking For:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc. preferred). Strong people skills—you can talk to anyone and build trust quickly. Self-motivated and goal-driven (this is not a "wait around" job). Sales confidence or willingness to learn (this matters—a lot). Reliable, professional, and accountable. Passion for helping people improve their health and confidence.
What You'll Get:
Opportunity to grow your income based on your effort. Support in building your client base (but not handouts). Flexible schedule. Positive, motivated gym environment. Room to grow within the business.
Who This Is NOT For:
Trainers who expect clients to be handed to them. Anyone who struggles with consistency or accountability. People who just want to "work out and hang out". How to Apply Send a short message telling us: Why you'd be a great fit. Your certification(s) and experience. A quick example of how you've helped someone get results. If you want to build something real—not just pick up shifts—we want to hear from you.
