Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Position Summary:
As a Certified Stretch Therapist , you will work 1-on-1 with clients to provide customized assisted stretch sessions that improve mobility, flexibility, and overall function. You'll be an integral part of their wellness journey—and a key player in creating a positive, impactful studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using our CST™ method Guide clients safely through a tension scale-based stretch sessions Apply percussion therapy at the end of each session Build relationships and retain clients by providing exceptional service and genuine care Maintain detailed session notes and progress updates Support studio cleanliness, organization, and operations as needed Work collaboratively with team members and management
What We're Looking For:
Certification, license, or degree in exercise science related field A passion for helping people move and feel better Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and coachable Sales experience is a plus! •Must have evening availability 1-2 days per week•
PREFERRED
License/Certification:
Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.), Massage Therapy License, Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Sports Medicine Degree, Yoga Certification, Kinesiology / Exercise Science Degree (Preferred)
