Club Pilates Franklin Village is hiring a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor to teach group apparatus classes and private and semi-private sessions. You'll teach on the full suite - Reformer, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle - to members at every level in a growing studio with a loyal member base. What you'll do: Lead group classes for up to 12 participants Teach private and semi-private sessions Give thoughtful modifications and progressions Keep the studio safe, clean, and welcoming Join occasional community events What you bring: Comprehensive 450-500+ hour Pilates certification across all apparatus, such as Club Pilates Teacher Training, Power Pilates, BASI, STOTT/Merrithew, or equivalent Experience teaching apparatus group classes of 6 or more Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it Availability for at least 2 shifts or 6+ hours per week A reliable, warm teaching style and confidence leading a room What you get $40-$60/hour based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Free access to classes Continuing education support Referral program Opportunity to grow into a lead instructor role Not fully comprehensive yet?
