Job Overview Certified Personal Trainer - Women's Fitness Studio Kura Personal Trainer - Leominster, MA Kura is a small, women-focused personal training studio dedicated to helping women improve their physical health, emotional well-being, confidence, and self-esteem. We offer personalized workouts in a small-class environment, allowing each client to receive individual attention while following a program designed around her goals and needs. What We're Looking For Current Personal Trainer Certification - REQUIRED
  • Current CPR/AED Certification - REQUIRED
  • Previous personal training or fitness experience preferred
  • Brazilian Portuguese speaking preferred
  • Friendly, responsible, patient, and professional
  • Passionate about helping, encouraging, and motivating women
  • Comfortable working with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and goals
  • Able to demonstrate exercises, correct form, and safely adapt workouts when needed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work well as part of a small team Additional Responsibilities Because Kura is a small and welcoming studio, we work together to keep the space comfortable and organized for our clients. In addition to coaching, responsibilities may include: Putting weights and equipment back after classes
  • Keeping the workout area organized
  • Preparing equipment for the next class
  • Lightly tidying the studio throughout the day
  • Helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Availability We are currently looking for someone with full-day availability from September 7 through September 11.
After that week, we would love to discuss the possibility of continuing to work together and creating a regular schedule based on your availability and Kura's needs. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of what we are building at Kura — not only helping women exercise, but helping them feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and supported.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
