Somerville, MA Pay:
$35 per 45-minute session ($46.66/hour)
Job Description:
Built In Boston Personal Training is a small group training gym in Teele Square, Somerville — and we're looking for a coach who genuinely loves working with people. This is a coaching-only role. No admin, no sales, no marketing, no programming to build on your own time — just show up and coach great sessions. We handle everything else. What you'll do: Lead small group sessions (up to 4 clients), partner sessions (2 clients), and 1-on-1 sessions — all 45 minutes Work primarily with adult clients, with some athletes mixed in Bring energy, attentiveness, and genuine care to every session What we're looking for: Hardworking, upbeat, and attentive coaching style Someone who fits our culture first — we can teach programming, we can't teach character Experience coaching groups or 1-on-1 preferred, but attitude matters more than resume
