CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests' needs and give them a reason to come back. Dunkin' Donuts Crew Members are also responsible for: Executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives

• Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
• Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
• Maintaining a clean and neat workstation
• Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

A passion for providing friendly service Capable of counting money and making change Ability to work well within a team Ability to learn and follow standards and procedures Ability to communicate clearly and understand English

PREFERRED
